This reminds me of the Tour du Sol which was carried out in Switzerland in the 1980's. The participants were enthusiasts who built solar bikes or cars. Some not so high mountain passes like the Brünig were crossed in that race. Unfortunately the Swiss government has never really supported solar power and today we are embarrasingly behind the countries around us.

I can't wait converting my recumbent bike to solar.

Je viens juste de découvrir ce challenge ! C'est dommage que ce ne soit pas plus médiatisé. Bravo à tous les participants et merci pour cette vidéo. Il s'en est passé des événements depuis 2018.C'était encore les moments heureux à cette époque.
